TCS has an on-site BICSc Accredited training facility with qualified trainers.

Our training officer is qualified to:

BICSc Assessor;
NVQ CBI Levels 1 and 2;
City and Guilds 769 in Building Management; 
NVQ  Assessor;NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate.

In house training is provided for Cleaning Assistants, Supervisors and Caretakers (and is also available to external agencies)

There are a wide range of courses:

basic induction training for cleaning staff;

caretaker training course;

NVQs in cleaning and support services and customer service;

handypersons course;

wood floor maintenance course;

supervisory skills training;

BICSc Cleaning Operative Proficiency Certificate;

first aid appointed persons qualification;

 
fire safety;

portable appliance testing (PAT)
